1. Purpose

This Terms of Use and Code of Conduct (“Policy”) is prepared to regulate user behavior on the PLYR.COM platform, prevent abuse, and create a safe environment for all users.

2. Scope

This Policy covers all services of PLYR.COM including the website, mobile application, API infrastructure, and support channels. Every user accessing the platform or using the services is deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

The user agrees not to engage in the following behaviors under any circumstances:

• Illegal activities: Money laundering, fraud, illegal betting, gambling, or any criminal transactions.
• Payment abuse: Unauthorized card use, forged documents, misuse of chargebacks.
• Technical manipulation: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, API exploitation, or system vulnerabilities.
• Data breach: Unauthorized access, data extraction, reverse engineering, or system testing.
• Intellectual property infringement: Sharing or transacting content that violates copyright, trademark, or licensing rights.
• Abuse: Spam, fake transactions, fake reviews, misleading information, or sharing offensive content.
• Multiple accounts / identity hiding: Creating multiple accounts using VPN, proxy, or different devices.
• Service abuse: Knowingly exploiting pricing errors, promotions, or system vulnerabilities.

4. User Responsibilities

• User accounts are for personal use only and must not be shared with third parties.
• The user declares that all provided information is accurate and up to date.
• Account information and password security are the sole responsibility of the user.
• The user is personally responsible for any behavior that endangers the security of the system or other users.

5. Company Rights

• The company has the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts of users violating this Policy without prior notice.
• In cases of fraud, illegal activity, or system violation, relevant information may be shared with legal authorities.
• The company may apply IP blocks, device blocks, identity verification, or additional security measures to protect system integrity.

6. Enforcement and Violation Reporting

This Policy is evaluated together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Users can report violations or suspicious activities against this Policy by emailing [email protected]. All reports are kept confidential and investigated.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts of users violating this Policy. When necessary, user information (transaction records, IP addresses, etc.) may be shared with legal authorities.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• Users in Other Countries: The laws of the State of Delaware / New York (USA) apply.

9. Right to Amend
