1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use and Conduct Policy (“Policy”) is designed to regulate user behavior on the PLYR.COM platform, prevent misuse, and create a safe environment for all users.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all services of PLYR.COM, including its website, mobile application, API infrastructure, and support channels. Every user accessing the platform or using the services is deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

The user agrees not to engage in the following behaviors:

• Illegal activities: Money laundering, fraud, illegal betting, gambling, or any criminal transaction.
• Payment abuse: Unauthorized card use, fake documents, chargeback abuse.
• Technical manipulation: Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, API exploitation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Data breach: Unauthorized access, data scraping, reverse engineering, or system testing.
• Intellectual property infringement: Sharing or conducting transactions with content that violates copyright, trademark, or licensing rights.
• Abuse: Spam, fake transactions, fake reviews, misleading or offensive content sharing.
• Multiple accounts / identity concealment: Opening multiple accounts using VPN, proxy, or different devices.
• Service exploitation: Deliberately exploiting incorrect pricing, promotions, or system vulnerabilities.

4. User Responsibilities

• The user account is for personal use only and should not be shared with third parties.
• The user declares that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• Account information and password security are entirely the user's responsibility.
• The user is personally responsible for any behavior that endangers the security of the system or other users.

5. Company Rights

• The company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts of users who violate this Policy without prior notice.
• If fraud, illegal activity, or system breach is detected, relevant information may be shared with legal authorities.
• The company may implement IP blocking, device blocking, identity verification, or additional security measures to protect system integrity.

6. Implementation and Violation Reporting

This Policy is evaluated together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Users can report behavior or suspicious activities that violate this Policy to [email protected]. All reports are kept confidential and reviewed.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts of users who violate this Policy. If deemed necessary, user information (transaction records, IP addresses, etc.) may be shared with legal authorities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Turkey / TRNC Users: The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Republic of Turkey apply. The competent court is Gazimağusa Courts.
• Users in Other Countries: The laws of the State of Delaware / New York (USA) apply.

9. Right to Amend

PLYR.COM reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions are effective from the date they are published at https://plyr.com/page/acceptable-use-conduct-policy.
