1. General Information

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) covers all digital product and service purchases made through PLYR.COM. The platform provides in-game digital currencies, gift cards, license keys, subscription codes, and similar digital deliveries.

This policy is applicable to the PLYR.COM platform operated by the following legal entities:

2. Nature of Digital Products

Products purchased through PLYR.COM are digital in nature and no physical shipment is made. Product delivery occurs via email, user panel, or in-game activation. Therefore, delivered digital products are considered consumed immediately.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Once a product has been delivered or a code has been viewed, no refund can be made.
  • The user acknowledges that digital products are non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal becomes void once the delivery of digital content has begun.
  • Refunds or exchanges may only be considered in the following cases:
    • Delivery of the wrong product or faulty code,
    • Delivery that is clearly contrary to the product description,
    • Non-delivery due to a technical system error.

4. Review Process

Before initiating a refund request, the user must notify in writing to [email protected]. Each request is reviewed within 5 business days, taking into account proof of purchase, delivery records, and activation history.

The company reserves the right to reject the request and suspend the account in case of abuse, misrepresentation, or unjust claims.

5. Chargeback Procedures

PLYR.COM requires users to contact official support channels before initiating a chargeback directly through their payment providers (bank, card issuer, etc.).

If unjust chargeback attempts are detected, the relevant accounts may be suspended indefinitely, and legal action may be initiated.

6. Special Conditions

  • Products provided under promotion, discount, or special campaign are non-refundable.
  • Digital licenses, game codes, and gift cards cannot be returned once activated.
  • For products obtained from third-party providers, the refund policy is subject to the terms of the respective provider.

7. Transaction Security

PLYR.COM processes all payments through PCI DSS-compliant infrastructures (Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, etc.). These providers protect all transactions with fraud prevention systems. The company does not store user card information in any way.

8. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

This policy is prepared in accordance with local and international consumer protection laws:

  • Turkey / TRNC Users: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
  • EU Users: EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU,
  • US / Global Users: Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and E-Sign Act,
  • Data Protection: GDPR, CCPA, KVKK.

Disputes are resolved in Gazimağusa Courts for Turkey/TRNC users and in Delaware/New York (USA) courts for global users.

9. Updates

PLYR.COM may update this Refund Policy without prior notice. Updated versions become effective as of the date they are published at https://plyr.com/page/refund-policy.
