1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Platform at www.plyr.com. All users (“User”) who access or use the services of PLYR.COM are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

The Platform is operated by the following legal entities:

2. Description of Service

PLYR.COM is a global platform providing online sales of digital products and services. These products include in-game virtual currencies, gift cards, digital license keys, subscription codes, and digital subscription services such as the PLYR Prime Subscription offered by the Platform.

3. Terms of Use

The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating accounts with false identity or incorrect information,
• Attempting fraud or payment scams,
• Unauthorized access or system manipulation,
• Making purchases using bots or automation tools,
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Platform.

4. Account Security

The User is responsible for protecting their account information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon detecting suspicious activity or fraud.

5. Payments and Security

Payments are accepted only through licensed and PCI DSS compliant providers (Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, etc.). All transactions are encrypted with SSL, and PLYR.COM does not store users’ card information.

The User acknowledges that digital delivery is instant and waives the right to a refund.

6. PLYR Prime Subscription

PLYR Prime Subscription is an optional exclusive digital subscription service offered by PLYR.COM to Users. This subscription may provide access to exclusive campaigns, discounts, promotions, priority experiences, and/or other benefits periodically offered by the Platform.

PLYR Prime Subscription can be purchased or activated at the User’s explicit choice and consent, independently from the digital products and services offered on the Platform. The User is free to decide whether to purchase, benefit from a free trial, or continue an existing PLYR Prime Subscription during the cart stage, payment screen, product purchase process, or relevant areas provided on the Platform.

The scope, fee, billing period, any free trial period, renewal date, and cancellation terms of the PLYR Prime Subscription are shown to the User before purchase or activation. By purchasing or activating a free trial of the PLYR Prime Subscription, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Discounts, campaigns, promotions, and benefits offered within the PLYR Prime Subscription may be periodic, time-limited, regional, stock- or product-based. The Company reserves the right to change, limit, suspend, or terminate the scope of PLYR Prime Subscription benefits, applicable products, discount rates, promotion terms, and usage conditions by publishing on the Platform or notifying the User.

PLYR Prime Subscription does not guarantee the User a specific product, fixed discount rate, continuous campaign, uninterrupted benefit, or absolute price advantage on every order. The Company determines on which products, in which regions, at what amounts, and during which periods the PLYR Prime Subscription benefits apply.

If a free trial period is offered, the User may use the PLYR Prime Subscription free of charge during the trial. The User may cancel the subscription before the trial ends. If the User does not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription may be renewed as paid at the fee and period indicated on the purchase or activation screen, and payment may be charged from the User’s selected payment method.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PLYR Prime Subscription is subscription-based and automatically renews at the end of each billing period. The User may cancel the PLYR Prime Subscription anytime via their Platform account, support channels, or cancellation methods provided on the Platform. Cancellation does not revoke rights already earned or used during the current paid period; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew for subsequent periods.

The User acknowledges that PLYR Prime Subscription is a digital subscription service delivered and commenced upon activation. The User agrees that once benefits, discounts, promotions, or other Prime privileges have been used, a refund for the related period may not be possible.

No refunds are given for used, consumed, discounted, or promoted PLYR Prime Subscriptions that have been digitally commenced or activated during the relevant period, except where mandatory laws require otherwise.

If misuse of discounts or benefits, fraudulent transactions, payment fraud, campaign manipulation with multiple accounts, bot/automation use, chargeback abuse, or violation of Platform rules is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s PLYR Prime Subscription, revoke benefits, halt related orders, or take necessary security measures on the User’s account.

PLYR Prime Subscription is personal; it is non-transferable, non-sellable, non-shareable with other accounts, and cannot be used for commercial purposes. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or applicability for every product. Due to technical maintenance, supplier restrictions, payment provider issues, regional limitations, legal requirements, or security reasons, PLYR Prime Subscription may be temporarily or permanently limited.

Mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer laws remain reserved. This clause cannot be interpreted to remove the User’s legally mandated consumer rights.

7. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally either automatically or manually after payment confirmation. The transaction is completed upon product activation, and refunds are not possible.

8. Pricing and Taxes

Prices may vary based on the User’s region. The User is responsible for tax obligations in their country. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

9. Refund Policy

No refunds on digital products. In case of incorrect or faulty delivery, the User may contact [email protected] within 48 hours. If deemed appropriate after review, exchanges may be made.

10. Third-Party Services

Some products belong to third-party license holders. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these services.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks of PLYR.COM belong to ZGEN TECHNOLOGY. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

PLYR.COM processes user data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and KVKK regulations. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability Limitations

The Company is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, supplier issues, or force majeure. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant transaction.

14. Service Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

15. Disputes and Applicable Law

• For all users: Laws of Delaware / New York State (USA) apply.

Disputes will primarily be attempted to resolve amicably.

16. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government actions, network outages, or cyberattacks.

17. Right to Amend

PLYR.COM may update these Terms at any time. New terms take effect upon publication.
