1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Platform at www.plyr.com. All users (“User”) accessing or utilizing PLYR.COM services are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PLYR.COM is a global platform providing online sales of digital products and services. These products include in-game virtual currencies, gift cards, digital license keys, and subscription codes.

3. Terms of Use

The User agrees to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Creating an account with a false identity or incorrect information,
Attempting fraud or payment deception,
Unauthorized access or system manipulation,
Shopping with bots or automation tools,
Violating the intellectual property rights of the Platform.

4. Account Security

The User is responsible for protecting account information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account upon detecting suspicious activity or fraud.

5. Payments and Security

Payments are processed only through licensed and PCI DSS compliant providers (Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, etc.). All transactions are encrypted with SSL, and PLYR.COM does not store users' card information.

The User acknowledges that digital delivery is immediate and waives the right of return.

6. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, either automatically or manually, after payment confirmation. The transaction is completed with the activation of the product, and returns are not possible.

7. Pricing and Taxes

Prices may vary based on the user's region. The User is responsible for the tax obligations of their residing country. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

8. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for digital products. In cases of incorrect or faulty delivery, the user may contact [email protected] within 48 hours. If deemed appropriate after review, an exchange may be offered.

9. Third-Party Services

Some products are owned by third-party licensors. The Company does not guarantee the continuity of these services.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks of PLYR.COM belong to ZGEN TECHNOLOGY. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

PLYR.COM processes user data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and KVKK regulations. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from technical failures, supplier issues, or force majeure. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant transaction.

13. Suspension of Service

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service for security, maintenance, or legal requirements.

14. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

For users in Turkey and TRNC: Laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus / Republic of Turkey,
For global users: Laws of the State of Delaware / New York (USA) apply.

Disputes will initially be attempted to be resolved amicably.

15. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government actions, network interruptions, or cyber-attacks.

16. Right to Change

PLYR.COM may update these Terms at any time. New terms become effective on the date they are published.
