User Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between the legal entities listed below, owners of the PLYR.COM digital platform, and the user who registers on the site (“User”).

2. Definitions

• Platform: The digital sales system operating on the www.plyr.com domain and all its subdomains.
• User: A natural or legal person who registers as a member on the Platform or uses the services without membership.
• Membership: The User’s right to access and use PLYR.COM upon electronically approving this Agreement.
• Service: Digital product sales, support services, and other online transactions offered by PLYR.COM.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms under which the User benefits from the digital products and services offered via PLYR.COM, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Membership Conditions

• The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when filling out the membership form.
• Persons under 18 years old cannot create a membership without the consent of their legal representatives.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships of users who provide false information or misuse the system.

5. Scope of Service

PLYR.COM is an online platform selling digital products (in-game currencies, gift cards, license codes, etc.). The Company reserves the right to change the service content and access conditions without prior notice.

6. User Obligations

• The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Account information, passwords, and access security are the User’s responsibility.
• The User may not use another person’s information without permission.
• The User agrees not to engage in fraud, chargebacks, or illegal transaction attempts.
• Use of bots, scripts, software, or manipulation tools that may harm the Platform is prohibited.

7. Company Rights

• The Company may temporarily suspend or update the service for technical or security reasons.
• The Company may permanently close accounts of users who violate this Agreement or the Terms of Use.
• The Company may share user information with authorized authorities if legally required.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The PLYR.COM platform, its brand, logo, software infrastructure, design, and all content belong to ZGEN TECHNOLOGY. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use of these elements is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

User information is processed and protected under the Privacy Policy. The Company may share user data with third parties only for legal obligations or service provision purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

PLYR.COM services are provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free transactions, or suitability for a particular purpose. The User is responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant transaction.

11. Termination of Agreement

The User has the right to close their account at any time. The Company may also terminate the account without prior notice. Transactions completed before termination remain valid.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Users in Other Countries: Delaware / New York State (USA) laws apply.

13. Amendments

PLYR.COM reserves the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is published at https://plyr.com/page/user-agreement.
