User Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically executed between the following legal entities owning the PLYR.COM digital platform and the member of the site (“User”).

2. Definitions

Platform: The digital sales system operating under the domain name www.plyr.com and all subdomains.
User: A natural or legal person who registers as a member of the Platform or benefits from the services without membership.
Membership: The User gains access and usage rights to PLYR.COM by electronically approving this Agreement.
Service: Digital product sales, support services, and other online transactions offered by PLYR.COM.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for the User to benefit from the digital products and services offered through PLYR.COM, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Membership Conditions

The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when filling out the membership form.
Persons under the age of 18 cannot create a membership without the consent of their legal representatives.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of users who provide false information or misuse the system.

5. Scope of Service

PLYR.COM is an online platform that sells digital products (in-game currencies, gift cards, license codes, etc.). The Company reserves the right to change the content and access conditions of the service without prior notice.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Account information, password, and access security are the responsibility of the user.
The User cannot use other people's information without permission.
The User agrees not to engage in fraud, chargeback, or illegal transaction attempts.
It is prohibited to use bots, scripts, software, or manipulation tools that may harm the Platform.

7. Company Rights

The Company may temporarily suspend or update the service for technical or security reasons.
The Company may permanently close the accounts of users who violate this Agreement or the Terms of Use.
The Company may share user information with authorized authorities in case of legal requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The PLYR.COM platform, brand, logo, software infrastructure, design, and all content belong to ZGEN TECHNOLOGY. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use of these elements is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

User information is processed and protected under the Privacy Policy. The Company may share user data with third parties only for legal obligations or service delivery purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

PLYR.COM services are provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free transactions, or suitability for a particular purpose. The User is responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the relevant transaction.

11. Termination of the Agreement

The User has the right to close their account at any time. The Company may also terminate the account without prior notice to the user. In case of termination, transactions previously carried out remain valid.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Users in Turkey / TRNC: The laws of the TRNC and the Republic of Turkey are applicable. The competent court is Gazimağusa Courts.
Users in Other Countries: The laws of the State of Delaware / New York (USA) are applicable.

13. Amendments

PLYR.COM reserves the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is published at https://plyr.com/page/user-agreement.
